Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply when you access the Cowboy Culture online store or purchase products from us. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Shipping Information, Returns & Refunds and Privacy Policy pages.

Store use

You must use the store lawfully and must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its operation, submit false information or infringe the rights of Cowboy Culture or any third party.

Products

We aim to display product descriptions, colours, images, sizes and pricing accurately. Screen settings, production methods and garment variations can result in minor differences from images shown online.

Made-to-order items

Many Cowboy Culture products are produced to order. Production time is separate from delivery time. Product availability, garment specifications, colours, sizes and fulfilment options may change where a supplier or production partner updates its range.

Orders

An order is subject to acceptance and availability. We may contact you if an order has an address issue, pricing error, availability problem, suspected fraud issue or other circumstance that prevents normal processing.

Pricing and payment

Prices and shipping charges shown at checkout apply at the time the order is placed. Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout. Prices may change without notice for future orders.

Shipping

Cowboy Culture currently ships to Australia and the United States only. Shipping charges, production information and delivery guidance are set out on our Shipping Information page.

Returns and consumer rights

Returns, refunds, damaged items and order issues are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds page and applicable consumer law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law where applicable.

Intellectual property

Cowboy Culture branding, artwork, designs, logos, written content and other original store materials are owned by or licensed to Cowboy Culture and must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.

Third-party services

The store relies on third-party services including Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and shipping carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and may occasionally be unavailable or delayed.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cowboy Culture is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store where liability can lawfully be limited. This does not limit any non-excludable consumer rights.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the store applies from the date it is posted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to customers in their place of residence.
